Systems integration & APIs

Connecting ERP, CRM, data and SaaS platforms through well-designed APIs and event-driven integration.

Overview

Most organizations run on dozens or hundreds of systems that need to share data and trigger each other's processes. When integration is ad hoc, the result is brittle point-to-point connections, manual re-keying and data that never quite matches. We design integration architectures that are reliable, secure and easy to extend.

We start by mapping the systems, data flows and business events that matter, then choose the right pattern for each: synchronous APIs, asynchronous messaging, event streaming, file-based exchange or integration platform workflows. APIs are designed contract-first, documented and versioned, with consistent security, error handling and monitoring.

Our engineers integrate ERP, CRM, HR, finance and industry platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow and Workday, as well as custom applications and data platforms. We put API management and observability in place so you can see what is flowing, spot failures quickly and onboard new systems without starting from scratch.

We are technology-agnostic: tools are chosen to fit your requirements and existing investments.

Questions we often hear

Should we use an integration platform or build integrations in code?

Both have a place. Integration platforms speed up common SaaS connections and give operations teams visibility, while coded services suit complex logic and high volumes. We recommend a mix based on your landscape, skills and licensing.

How do you handle integration failures?

Integrations are designed with retries, dead-letter queues, idempotency and alerting so failures are caught and recoverable. Monitoring dashboards show message flows and errors end to end.
