DevOps & platform engineering

CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability and developer platforms that make releases routine.

Overview

Releasing software should be routine, not an event that requires weekend work and crossed fingers. We help engineering organizations automate the path from code to production so that changes are smaller, safer and more frequent.

Our engineers implement CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security scanning and policy checks; infrastructure as code for repeatable, auditable environments; and container platforms where they fit the workload. We add observability, including metrics, logs and traces, so teams can understand system behavior and resolve issues quickly.

For larger organizations, we build internal developer platforms that give teams self-service access to approved templates, environments and tooling, with security and compliance built into the golden paths. Throughout, we focus on practices as well as tools: trunk-based development, release strategies, incident response and delivery metrics such as deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate and time to restore service.

What you receive

  1. 01DevOps maturity assessment and improvement plan
  2. 02CI/CD pipelines with testing, security and policy checks
  3. 03Infrastructure as code modules and environment templates
  4. 04Observability stack with dashboards and alerting
  5. 05Internal developer platform or golden-path templates where needed

Technologies we work with

  • GitHub Actions
  • Azure DevOps
  • GitLab CI/CD
  • Terraform
  • Kubernetes
  • Argo CD
  • Prometheus and Grafana
  • OpenTelemetry

We are technology-agnostic: tools are chosen to fit your requirements and existing investments.

Questions we often hear

We already have CI/CD. What else would you improve?

The biggest gains are often in test automation, environment provisioning, security checks and release practices rather than in the pipeline itself. We measure current delivery performance and target the constraints that slow teams down most.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Not necessarily. Kubernetes suits organizations running many services at scale, but managed application services or serverless options are often simpler and cheaper for smaller estates. We recommend based on your workloads and team capability.
