Cloud strategy & modernization

Assessments, landing zones and modernization roadmaps that balance speed, risk and cost.

Overview

Cloud adoption pays off when it is driven by clear business goals: faster delivery, better resilience, a lower cost of change or a platform ready for data and AI. We help you decide what to move, what to modernize, what to replace with SaaS and what to leave alone.

We assess your application portfolio, infrastructure, security posture and delivery practices, then assign each workload a disposition, such as rehost, replatform, refactor, replace or retire, based on value, risk and effort. A total cost of ownership view makes the trade-offs explicit, including the cost of running two estates during the transition.

We then design the foundations that every workload will rely on: a secure, well-governed landing zone with identity, networking, policy, logging and cost management built in. The modernization roadmap sequences workloads into waves, aligned with business calendars and with the skills your teams need to build along the way.

Technologies we work with

  • Microsoft Azure
  • Amazon Web Services
  • Google Cloud
  • Terraform
  • Azure Landing Zones
  • AWS Control Tower
  • Kubernetes

We are technology-agnostic: tools are chosen to fit your requirements and existing investments.

Questions we often hear

Should we move everything to the cloud?

Rarely. Some workloads are better replaced with SaaS, retired or kept where they are for cost, latency or regulatory reasons. The assessment gives each workload a clear, justified disposition.

Which cloud provider do you recommend?

We work across Azure, AWS and Google Cloud and recommend based on your workloads, existing agreements, skills and regulatory needs. Many clients run a primary cloud with targeted use of others.
