Since 2013 we have grown to more than 150 professionals, with offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, South Africa, Nigeria and India. How do you vet the consultants and contractors you provide?
Candidates are assessed by experienced practitioners in the relevant discipline, covering technical depth, problem solving, communication and fit with the client’s context. Clients only see profiles that have passed that assessment.
Can we hire a contractor permanently?
Yes. Our contract-to-hire option lets you evaluate a professional on real work before making a permanent offer. Conversion terms are agreed at the start of the placement.
How can I apply for a role at databridge?

Do you offer remote or hybrid roles?
Many of our roles are remote or hybrid, and each job listing states its working arrangement. Some client engagements require time on site, which we discuss openly during the hiring process.
