AI strategy & roadmaps

A prioritized AI portfolio tied to business value, an honest readiness assessment and an operating model your teams can run.

Overview

Many organizations have more AI ideas than capacity to deliver them, and no shared way to decide which ones matter. We help leadership teams build an AI strategy that starts from business priorities, not from the latest model release. That means agreeing where AI should create value, what it will take to get there and how progress will be measured.

We assess readiness across data, platforms, skills, governance and change capacity, then shape a portfolio that balances quick wins with longer-term bets. Each initiative is sized for value, effort and risk, so investment decisions rest on evidence rather than enthusiasm.

A roadmap is only useful if someone can run it. We define the operating model behind it, including ownership, funding, delivery patterns, the choice between a central center of excellence and a federated model, and the governance needed to scale safely. Your teams can then carry the program forward after the strategy work ends.

Questions we often hear

How long does an AI strategy engagement take?

Most strategy and roadmap engagements run six to ten weeks, depending on the number of business units involved and how much discovery has already been done. If you need direction quickly, we can run a shorter, focused diagnostic first.

Will the strategy favor building or buying AI?

Neither by default. For each priority use case we compare off-the-shelf products, AI features in platforms you already license and custom builds. The recommendation weighs cost, differentiation, risk and time to value.
