Manufacturing & Industrials

Applying data and AI to operations, quality and supply chains to improve efficiency and resilience.

Vue d’ensemble

Manufacturers and industrial companies generate vast amounts of data from machines, sensors, production systems and supply chains, yet much of it goes unused. Operational technology and enterprise IT have often evolved separately, leaving engineers, planners and leaders without a connected view of what is happening on the shop floor and across the supply network.

databridge helps manufacturing and industrial organizations integrate operational and enterprise data and apply analytics and AI to the decisions that drive performance: maintenance, quality, production planning, energy use and supply chain risk. We work alongside operations, engineering and IT teams to build solutions that fit plant realities, from connectivity constraints to shift patterns.

We also help industrial companies use generative AI to put technical knowledge at people’s fingertips, from maintenance manuals and standard operating procedures to engineering documentation, while keeping security and safety front of mind. Each initiative starts with a clear operational goal and success measures agreed with plant and engineering leaders.

Enjeux

Ce que nous disent les dirigeants de votre secteur

01

Unplanned downtime

Equipment failures disrupt production, drive up maintenance costs and put delivery commitments at risk.

02

Supply chain disruption

Limited visibility into supplier, logistics and demand risk makes it hard to respond before disruption reaches production.

03

Siloed OT and IT data

Data from machines and control systems is disconnected from ERP, quality and planning systems, limiting analysis across the operation.

04

Quality and yield

Defects and process variation are often detected late, increasing scrap, rework and warranty costs.

05

Knowledge retention

Experienced engineers and technicians are retiring, and their knowledge is not always captured in a form others can use.

Cas d’usage

Là où l’IA et les données créent de la valeur

Explorer un cas d’usage avec nous
01 Predictive maintenance

Models that use sensor, maintenance and operating data to predict equipment issues before they cause failures. Maintenance can be planned around production, reducing unplanned downtime and unnecessary servicing.

02 Quality analytics and defect detection

Analytics and computer vision that detect defects and link quality outcomes to process conditions. Problems are caught earlier and root causes are easier to fix, reducing scrap and rework.

03 Supply chain visibility and risk analytics

Integrated views of suppliers, inventory, logistics and demand, with early-warning indicators for disruption. Planners can act sooner and make trade-offs with better information.

04 Production planning optimization

Optimization models that balance demand, capacity, changeovers and material availability. Plans become more achievable and responsive to change, supporting throughput and on-time delivery.

05 OT and IT data integration

Secure pipelines and data models that connect plant systems with ERP, quality and planning platforms. A shared foundation supports analytics and AI across sites without compromising operational security.

06 Technical knowledge assistants

Generative AI assistants that help technicians and engineers find answers in manuals, procedures and maintenance histories. Knowledge becomes easier to access on the shop floor and less dependent on a few experienced individuals.

Notre méthode

Une mise en œuvre adaptée à votre secteur

We start on the shop floor as much as in the boardroom, working with operations, engineering, IT and OT security teams to understand processes, data sources and constraints. databridge typically proves value on a single line, asset class or site, with success measures agreed with operational leaders, before scaling a repeatable pattern across the network. We respect the separation and security requirements of operational technology environments, design for limited connectivity where necessary and make sure solutions fit how shifts actually work.

FAQ

Les questions que l’on nous pose souvent

Vous ne trouvez pas ce que vous cherchez ? Parcourir toute la FAQ ou contactez notre équipe.

Do we need new sensors before starting with predictive maintenance?

Often not. Many organizations already collect useful data in control systems, historians and maintenance records. We assess what exists first and recommend additional instrumentation only where it would materially improve results.

How do you handle the security of operational technology?

We work with your OT and security teams to respect network segmentation and access controls, and design data flows in line with recognized industrial security practices such as IEC 62443. Changes to plant environments are made only through your established change processes.

Can solutions be scaled across multiple plants?

Yes. We prove value at one site, then package the data models, pipelines and processes into a repeatable pattern that can be adapted to other sites with different equipment and systems.

Where can generative AI help in manufacturing?

Strong starting points include technical knowledge assistants for maintenance and engineering teams, summarizing shift and incident reports, and drafting standard operating procedures. These uses keep people in control while making knowledge easier to access.
