About the role
You will work with client stakeholders and our delivery team to design and implement modern data platforms — from ingestion and transformation through to serving data for analytics and machine learning.
What you’ll do
- Design and build batch and streaming data pipelines
- Implement data models and transformation layers with automated testing
- Optimize platform performance and cost
- Establish data quality checks, monitoring and documentation
- Collaborate with analysts, data scientists and client teams
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering
- Strong SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud data platform
- Experience with orchestration and transformation tooling
- Clear communication with technical and business audiences
Nice to have
- Streaming technologies
- Infrastructure as code
- Consulting experience
