What you’ll do
- Build LLM-powered applications and retrieval pipelines
- Design evaluation harnesses and monitoring for AI systems
- Integrate AI services with client systems and data
- Apply security and responsible AI practices
- Mentor engineers and share best practices
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years in software or ML engineering
- Strong Python and API development skills
- Experience shipping LLM or ML solutions to production
- Understanding of evaluation and testing for AI systems
Nice to have
- Agent frameworks
- Vector databases
- Cloud ML platforms
