We use three main commercial models. Fixed-scope pricing suits well-defined projects with clear deliverables, time and materials suits work where scope will evolve, and retained teams provide ongoing capacity for an agreed period. We recommend the model that best balances certainty and flexibility for your situation.

It varies with the work. A discovery phase or proof of value may take a few weeks, while delivery programs and dedicated teams can run for many months. We agree timelines, milestones and review points before work begins.

Every engagement has a named engagement lead and an agreed reporting cadence, typically including weekly progress updates, regular reviews of working output and periodic steering meetings. Reports cover milestones, risks, issues and decisions, so there are no surprises.

Candidates are assessed by experienced practitioners in the relevant discipline, covering technical depth, problem solving, communication and fit with the client’s context. Clients only see profiles that have passed that assessment.

Yes. Our contract-to-hire option lets you evaluate a professional on real work before making a permanent offer. Conversion terms are agreed at the start of the placement.

We work within our clients’ security policies and environments wherever possible, apply least-privilege access and agree data handling arrangements before any work with sensitive data begins. Confidentiality obligations are set out contractually for every engagement.

Our AI Governance & Risk practice works alongside delivery teams from day one. We classify use cases by risk, define proportionate controls, test for accuracy, robustness and bias, and set up monitoring so solutions stay safe and effective in production.

Yes. We design architectures and delivery arrangements around your data residency and cross-border transfer requirements, including keeping data within specific regions where needed. These requirements are confirmed during discovery and reflected in the solution design.

Client data is used only for the purposes agreed with you. If a project involves training or fine-tuning models on your data, the data sources, safeguards and ownership of the resulting models are agreed and documented before work starts.
